Get ready to move, groove, and express yourself through dance that combines fitness with the magic of Irish dance. Classes are open to all skill levels, offering a fun and energetic way to get in shape for the New Year while learning simplified dance routines. 

What to expect:

• Traditional Irish dancing, classes delivered in a fun and energetic way
• Expert instructor who brings the best of dance and fitness 
• State of the art dance studio with large mirrors and sprung floor 
• Expect to work up a sweat as the classes will typically combine cardio exercises with dance moves

Following great demand, our adult Irish dance fitness classes return in January. Whether you have a background in Irish dance or are completely new to the style these classes provide a fun and effective way to get moving and stay fit. Instructor Justin Walsh has a long history with Irish dance having performed with Siamsa Tíre since the age of seven to touring the world with Michael Flatley in Riverdance, Lord of the Dance, Celtic Tiger and Feet of Flames.

  • 1st Class: Thurs 29th Jan 2026 @6pm (New Beginners) & 7pm (Returning participants)
  • 2nd Class: Thurs 5th Feb 2026 @6pm (New Beginners) & 7pm (Returning participants)
  • 3rd Class: Thurs 12th Feb 2026 @6pm (New Beginners) & 7pm (Returning participants)
  • 4th Class: Thurs 19th Feb 2026 @6pm (New Beginners) & 7pm (Returning participants)
  • 5th Class: Thurs 26th Feb 2026 @6pm (New Beginners) & 7pm (Returning participants)
  • 6th Class: Thurs 5th Mar 2026 @6pm (New Beginners) & 7pm (Returning participants)

• Duration: 1hr per class.
• Cost: €90 +bf for 6 classes.
• Suitability: Adults (18yrs+) of all dance levels.
