Festival of Folk 2023 – Ireland’s Premier Cultural Experiences

Our Engage package is part of our annual Festival of Folk which takes place from May to September, featuring exhibitions, guided tours, workshops and performances. ENGAGE

Our Engage package includes:

• Guided Folk Homecoming Exhibition.
• Guided Backstage Tour.
• Opportunity to take some great photos with props and costumes.
• Irish Dance Workshops. Learn some steps in the North Kerry ‘Munnix’ dance step style. Your tutor will give you an overview of the differences between Irish dancing styles and explain how Siamsa Tíre cherishes and maintains this style which is unique to our region. Please contact our Box Office if you would prefer the option of an Irish music or song workshop.

Event Details:

• Dates: Every Tues and Thurs throughout June 2023. Tues 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th June @2:30pm and Thurs 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th @10:30am.
• Duration: 120mins.
• Age: These workshops can be tailored for individuals, families and small or large groups of all abilities.
• Costs: Adult €56, Concession €44.80, Child €28, Family 2a2c €134.40

We also have the following Festival of Folk packages available:

• EXPLORE –  Every Tues @2:20pm and Thurs @10:30am throughout June, enjoy our Explore tour which includes a Guided Folk Homecoming Exhibition and backstage tour with an opportunity to take some great photos with props and costumes. Suitable for all ages.  Adult €16, Concession €12.80, Child €8, Family 2a2c €38.40.
• CELEBRATE – Our VIP Experience which includes an evening performance with welcome reception, guided Folk Homecoming Exhibition and backstage tour. Followed by a cast meet and greet and gift pack with autographed souvenir programme €90/€72/€45/Family of 4 €216.

All visitors are more than welcome to enjoy a self-guided tour of our Folk Homecoming Exhibition. This is FREE and no booking is required.
