To celebrate St Patrick’s Day with our local community, join us at the following events over the festival weekend in Tralee:
Thursday 17th March
9am Special Traditional Irish music concert online celebrating St Patricks Day with our community of National Folk Theatre and Trad Connections musicians. Available from 9am on our Facebook, Youtube and website.
10am National Folk Theatre Choir performing at St Patrick’s Day Mass, St Brendan’s Church, Tralee (broadcast by Radio Kerry).
11am St Mary’s Church Listowel – Dance Masters Jimmy Hickey and Jonathan Kelliher accompanied by Patrick Brosnan performing at the end of St Patrick’s Day Mass in Listowel.
3pm National Folk Theatre Tour and Dance Workshop: Fun for all the family as you get backstage in Siamsa Tíre to learn the traditional Irish Patsy Healy House dance and the history of this unique cultural gathering place.

Sunday 20th March
11am The National Folk Theatre Choir will perform at the Kerry Ceremony of Remembrance and Reflection which will take place at the Ashe Memorial Hall, Tralee.
Kerry County Council invites members of the public to attend. As we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic this ceremony allows us time to pause and reflect, remember those who died and thank those who led the response.
1 & 3pm Wunderground – Join Badger and Rabbit in Ceol Connected’s epic children’s musical adventure for young audiences (suitable age 3+ years). Book your tickets. Adult €12/Child €8
