Siamsa Tíre Theatre & Arts Centre is inviting expressions of interest from experienced strategic planning consultants to lead the development of our next multi-year organisational strategy.

This marks a significant moment in the organisation’s evolution. Following a period of substantial transformation and stabilisation, Siamsa Tíre is now looking ahead to an ambitious new phase, one that will deepen our artistic vision, strengthen our connections with communities, and support sustainable, long-term growth.

We are seeking a consultant with a strong track record in cultural or arts strategy who can bring insight, clarity, and creativity to this process. Working collaboratively with our Board, team, artists, and stakeholders, the appointed consultant will play a key role in shaping a strategy that reflects both our current position and our future ambitions.

This commission represents a unique opportunity to contribute to the future direction of one of Ireland’s leading regional theatre and arts centres, ensuring that Siamsa Tíre continues to thrive as a dynamic space for performance, participation, and cultural expression.

We welcome applications from consultants who can demonstrate:

• Proven experience in strategic planning, ideally within the arts or cultural sector
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement expertise
• A deep understanding of community-based practice and audience development
• The ability to translate vision into clear, practical, and actionable strategy
