Together we will set you up with inspiration to enrich your daily life with moments of creativity.
We will (re-)connect with our body, mind and soul by flowing through a set of carefully curated exercises. As a group we will engage in creative activities like gentle movement, embodied painting, chats, reflections and journaling. You will take home ideas and micro intentions to support you in kindling your creative spark. Past participants have emerged from the workshop feeling peaceful, playful, free, grounded, inspired and more.
All materials and props provided but if you prefer to use your own journal, mat or other props to sit on the floor, feel free to bring that along. If you require any accommodations and/or are unable to sit on the floor please contact the artist at info@rosereichart.com

Artist Bio – BellaRose has been devoted to the arts and involved in creative events, activities and performances for more than 20 years in various roles. She is passionate about creating safe spaces, where people can get reacquainted with themselves and their inner home. Her paintings have been described as lyrical abstraction – a visual echo of her artistic roots in music, dance and performance. True to her multifaceted neurodivergent soul, BellaRose received training in various creative fields ranging from art to performance and design. Under various aliases she now paints, tells stories through photos & moving images and writes & performs music. As Rose Reichart she crafts organic paint from nature to create abstract paintings with an inherent rhythmic flow. The artist has been featured in solo and group exhibitions internationally. About New Wave Wild Project –From May to June, New Wave Wild Project returns to Siamsa Tíre with The Wild Within, an inspiring exhibition and workshop series celebrating the therapeutic power of nature and our human connection to the natural world. Now in its third year, this expanded creative programme builds on the success of the A Wave of Change events in 2024 and 2025.
