Option 1: ‘Rhythm Nation’ (Dance) - A high energy Irish dance workshop inspired by contemporary stage productions. Enjoy this dynamic & immersive experience in our state of the art dance studio learning powerful footwork, ensemble movement & a shared finale.

Option 2: ‘Take the Stage’ (Theatre) - A fun & interactive confidence boosting drama workshop, exploring movement, voice improvisation & storytelling. A playful workshop that is perfect for groups.

Option 3: Legends, Culture & a Cúpla Focal (Language) - A fun & fact-filled workshop with award winning writer, poet & storyteller Seán Lyons. Dynamic and immersive, participants will explore Irish history, stories, poetry & music while learning a Cúpla Focal (Irish words).

Option 4: ‘Lines of Connection’ (Art) - A unique drawing experience. A calm, artist led session in our art gallery or adjacent park (weather permitting) exploring line, form & expression.

Option 5: ‘Push the Edge’ (Circus) - A unique contemporary Circus workshop where participants will learn physical theatre, balance and non-verbal storytelling while enjoying a playful, energising and collaborative experience that’s ideal for teambuilding.

Option 6: ‘Heartbeat’ (Music) - Discover the history of Ireland’s traditional & iconic frame drum – The Bodhrán. In this Irish rhythm workshop, participants will connect with the music while taking part in a hands-on rhythm session. An accessible, sensory & engaging musical experience.

Option 7: ‘Stories in Motion’ (Storytelling) - A confidence boosting creative writing & performance workshop inspired by Irish storytelling. Participants will build characters, scenes & short narratives in this playful storytelling session.
