This workshop offers a morning of grounding and creativity in nature for parents. Through a series of nature-inspired activities, participants will consider a range of practical strategies to support themselves and their families. The workshop will provide a much-needed space for grounding and self-care.

This workshop is suitable for parents of children of all ages. Please note, this workshop is aimed at parents only. Children and families are welcome to explore The Wild Within at other times throughout the exhibition.

About Jasmin – Jasmin is Co-founder and Project Lead at New Wave Wild Project. With a professional background in education, psychology, and integrative psychotherapy, Jasmin regularly works with young people, adults, and community groups on programmes of therapy, and therapeutic support in nature.

About New Wave Wild Project – New Wave Wild Project is delighted to host a range of creative workshops during this year’s art event at Siamsa Tire in May. A Wave of Change is about diving into experiences inspired by amazing blue and green spaces, and leaning into therapeutic moments through creative engagement, play, mindfulness, and connection.
