NEWKD, in partnership with Honor & Bloom and Siamsa Tíre, invites you to this special pre-festival event celebrating Kerry Mental Health & Wellbeing Fest 2026. 

Be among the first to enjoy an inspiring afternoon exploring journaling, creativity, and self-discovery. This engaging and interactive workshop will help you better understand yourself, build confidence, and discover practical ways to support your emotional wellbeing. We’ll explore who we are, how our identity is shaped, and what builds confidence. You’ll discover how your thoughts, beliefs, values, and life experiences influence the way you see yourself, the choices you make, and your experience of the world around you. 

Through guided journaling, creative activities, discussion, and reflection, you’ll experience how writing and creativity can help you process your thoughts, express your emotions, and develop a personal wellbeing practice you can continue long after the workshop. About Kerry Mental Health & Wellbeing Fest 2026: Kerry Mental Health & Wellbeing Fest 2026 takes place from 10th – 17th October 2026.
