Siamsa Tíre CLG is a charity, registered in Ireland. The company is limited by guarantee. This means that Siamsa Tíre is a non-profit organization governed by a voluntary Board of Directors. Our purpose is to advance a mission for the benefit of the public. The company’s mission and governance rules are set out in our Company Constitution which you can download at the end of this page.
Siamsa Tíre complies with the Charities Regulatory Authority’s Governance Code and strives to implement best practice guidelines to the full extent permitted by our governing structure and our scale of resources.
Siamsa Tíre is supported by government funds and we provide transparency on how public monies are invested to advance our mission by publicly publishing our financial statements on our website every year.
