This Autumn, get ready to move, groove, and express yourself through dance that combines fitness with the magic of Irish dance. Classes are open to all skill levels, offering a fun and energetic way to get in shape while learning simplified dance routines. 

What to expect:

• Traditional Irish dancing, classes delivered in a fun and energetic way
• Expert instructor who brings the best of dance and fitness 
• State of the art dance studio with large mirrors and sprung floor 
• Expect to work up a sweat as the classes will typically combine cardio exercises with dance moves

Whether you have a background in Irish dance or are completely new to the style these classes provide a fun and effective way to get moving and stay fit. Instructor Justin Walsh has a long history with Irish dance having performed with Siamsa Tíre since the age of seven to touring the world with Michael Flatley in Riverdance, Lord of the Dance, Celtic Tiger and Feet of Flames.

• Dates: 8 week course (Thursdays)
  • 1st Class: Thurs 17th Sept 2026 @6pm & 7pm (Both times are for all levels)
  • 2nd Class: Thurs 24th Sept 2026 @6pm & 7pm (Both times are for all levels)
  • 3rd Class: Thurs 1st Oct 2026 @6pm & 7pm (Both times are for all levels)
  • 4th Class: Thurs 8th Oct 2026 @6pm & 7pm (Both times are for all levels)
  • 5th Class: Thurs 15th Oct 2026 @6pm & 7pm (Both times are for all levels)
  • 6th Class: Thurs 22nd Oct 2026 @6pm & 7pm (Both times are for all levels)
  • 7th Class: Thurs 29th Oct 2026 @6pm & 7pm (Both times are for all levels)
  • 8th Class: Thurs 5th Nov 2026 @6pm & 7pm (Both times are for all levels)

• Duration: 1hr per class.
• Cost: €120+bf for 8 classes.
• Suitability: Adults (18yrs+) of all dance levels.
