A gentle and practical introduction to the plants growing all around us. This workshop begins with a 90-minute guided plant identification walk, where we’ll learn to recognise a selection of common wild and native plants, their traditional uses, and how to work with them safely. After the walk, we’ll gather to make a simple herbal tea and a fresh wild pesto, using some of the plants we’ve explored together. This is a relaxed and welcoming session, suitable for beginners and anyone curious about working with plants, no prior knowledge needed.
