Ticket Booking Fee

Due to rising costs a €1.50 booking fee now applies PER TICKET booked online at the box office, or on the phone. This is non refundable and the ticket fee does not apply to free events.

Ticket Exchange / Refunds

We regret tickets may not be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance has been cancelled or rescheduled.

A Cancelled Event : To claim a refund you must contact the box office where a refund will be issued to you via the same payment method as when the purchase was made. After 12 months any unclaimed refunds will automatically be converted to a donation to Siamsa Tíre. Please note: Refunds will include the ticket price only and cannot include your ticket booking fees.

A Rescheduled Event : If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you can cancel your order and a gift voucher will be issued to you for the sale price of your ticket(s).

For Sold-Out events only: Siamsa Tíre can ‘sell on’ unwanted tickets on the day of a performance on behalf of the customer. We regret that this service cannot be offered for events that are not sold out.

No refunds or exchanges can take place without the physical tickets being returned.

Latecomers

Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance as advised by the incoming Company Manager.

Change Of Advertised Programme

Siamsa Tíre reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and vary the advertised programme if necessary.

Car Parking

Kerry County Council parking is available on Princes Street beside Siamsa Tíre – check (Kerry County Council – Home | Facebook) for any restrictions. It is free after 6pm. It has access for bus parking and also disability parking just outside the theatre.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers can be purchased online or via our Box Office and have no expiry date. They can be used to purchase tickets for any of our programmed live and online events by selecting the ‘Book Now’ option of the preferred event and entering the voucher code when prompted.

ACCESSIBILITY

Siamsa Tire was originally built to ensure assessibility to all and offers extensive accessibility options.

Wheelchair Users
All public areas of the building are accessible by wheelchair users, including the gallery spaces. Wheelchair spaces are available in the theatre. Please inform the Box Office when you book your tickets and they will be happy to advise you on suitable seating.

Hard of Hearing
An induction loop is in operation in the auditorium for patrons with hearing difficulties. People with hearing aids should set them to ‘T’.
