Film: Dinner 2050 in conjunction with Tralee Food Festival

‘Dinner 2050: Future of Food in Ireland’ the first ever Irish film about food. The documentary is a collaboration between Wicklow Chef/ Food Historian Tadgh Byrne and Dublin Filmmaker, Max Barry.

This 1 hour documentary explores how Ireland will eat in 2050 – looking at issues such as how technology will change farming, food security, robot chefs, drone deliveries and sustainability in the food supply chain.

Narrated by celebrity chef Catherine Fulvio, the film is due to reach a large audience in 2024.
